He drove me to different houses to check out, didn't pressure me to go over my budget, acted as an advocate for me when the builder was difficult, and never made me feel stupid, even when I had 20+ questions on the paperwork. He was there, checking on the build process and sending me photos, assisting with walkthroughs and a comforting level head at closing. Because of COVID-19, we were unable to travel to the Raleigh area. So how did we so successfully find our new home? First of all, we used Allen's website to filter and find homes that might met our criteria, and we only really considered houses that were marked "Coming Soon". If we had questions about the location or property, we then ask Allen. We also did research on the various towns to add as locations to our criteria. And we took google map drives to see neighborhoods and flavor of the towns. Before long we had narrowed our locations down to Holly Springs and Fuquay Varina. The first house to be Open for sale was the home we purchased. On the first open day, Allen took us through the house via FaceTime. We loved the house, the neighborhood, the location and the township. Allen helped us to make a strong offer, which was accepted. We were joyful. After the acceptance, Allen and his team helped smooth the way with inspections and paperwork. Without a hitch, we closed on time. We could not have found our new home, nor confidently and successfully purchased remotely without Allen Hueter and his team. Thank you!

My wife and I had the privilege of working with him on the purchase of my new home in Carolina Gardens. Allen went above and beyond anything that we could have asked of an agent. Initially, we were living in Indiana and attempting to buy a home in NC. Allen kept us aware at every step; we never felt uninformed in any way. Over the course of bidding on many homes, we got the one we wanted the 6th time. We decided to buy a new spec home. And then, we waited as we chose a home that was being built. Allen championed the build the whole way as the home builder encountered different issues from supply chain to lack of communication. We are truly grateful for his role in helping us buy this house.
